We've just recieved backing form windermere canoe and kayak for the event and they are going to be offering a discount for anyone attending Shap who calls into their shop.
Details of how its going to work are still on the drawing board, but it should be a good opportunity to freshen up the kit line up for the new season.

Just more tit bits to wet your appetite.
Ben Jeung is bringing two new short films from Austria, One from the amazing hour glass canyon of the Auerklamm in Otztal, usually the preserve of low water canyoning missions, and a montage of some of the finest Austrian boating Ive seen on some familiar Austrian test piece runs in unfamiliar water levels!
Bring party heads, or duck off after the films as you please. Were also gonna be able to announce a new river cam in the pipeline.
tell your mates who don't do the tinterweb for us please - we haven't got an advertising budget!
