Large tree branch across chute river left of the island (lower section).
May begin to create a log jam and in its current state will be dangerous in med low water too.
Managed to sneak a line over the top in high water. - More due to neccessity than choice.
A buddy nearly got pinned and then had a nasty swim - got away with just bruises and scratches.
One of the only parts of the whole river that you can't inspect easily or from the boat.
I run this regularly with lots of different people and i don't know anyone who inspects this section before running it.
I guess there is a lesson in there some where.
