There is still no sign of work commencing on the brick chute weir. I will try and find out the new start date.
I now know that when the work does start, weather permitting it will last for around three weeks and the only change to the weir will be the addition of an elever pass on the outside of each of the brick walls.
I guess things will probably be dalayed until the river level drops again.
