Hi Jake yes they are all shootable but it was over 20 years ago when we did them, dont think they have changed. The people at Roman lakes are not very friendly towards canoists though. Have fun and inspect before shooting! Just noticed under your name 'novice'? If this is so I would take more advice any thing man made can be very dangerous.

Bugger the have put me as novice as well. 30 years of kayaking with numerous G 5 and 6s and lots of sea paddling, not been called a novice for a long time:)

those 'novice things are just counters of how many posts you have made on the forum.

Often they are inversely proportional to actual kayaking ability :D! I don't know those weirs - Anyone got pics?

Sorry ned :( will post more to try and get to next level. As for the weirs no photos. Speak to some one in manchester cc someone has bound to of done it since me :)
