I hope so.... all in the hands of the weather! I don't think that there's a great deal of rain booked for Thursday so I guess it'll be touch and go!

I'm definitely up for a paddle so long as there's water.

Heavy rain started in Ambleside at 4pm Wednesday so I packed up my stuff and made my way home via Skelwith Bridge - Coniston. I was amazed when as I was passing Yew Tree tarn, between Skelwith Bridge and Coniston, the heavy rain stopped and the sun appeared. The road was perfectly dry and it was a beautiful afternoon!

It didn't start raining here at Ulverston till very late last night.

If we do get out for a paddle we'll have to check the levels carefully!

It,s not looking good for paddling is it :( and just one other point, has the house with the kent cam had new windows fitted, it always looks blurey nowadays, or is it my eyes ? :confused:

Thursday's rain was pathetic! I don't think that there is enough water to paddle unfortunately.

Kent cam windows where change a couple of months ago... perhaps they need a bit of Mr muscle of something? :rolleyes:

Ended up getting the mountain bike out today, rode through a few puddles and streams but thats as wet as it got. ;)
