The nile was fantastic, but it made me realise that big volume in a playboat is not really my thing! Still, the paddling was amazing, good weather and cheap beer for a month, and my paddling has come on alot. I'd highly recommend it, but im itching to get out in my creekboat!

Levels are better over pennines, everything stomping this morning, managed leck beck at a good level. Lakes seems low across the board, will probably head out for a run in pennines tomorrow, maybe clough if its held, or lune if not.
