If you are need to update your certificates, or are interested in learning first aid skills for the first time then take a look at our course in October. It will be based in the stunning surroundings of Ullswater, from a mountain hut high up the Glenridding valley. The course is designed for outdoors people, and is approved for use in all NGB qualifications. It is delivered by true outdoor professionals who have years of experience of coaching, guiding and educating. It's 16 hours duration, meeting the requirements of the BCU, MLTUK etc, and perfect for Instructors and individuals.
For those without cars we can pick you up from Penrith train station.
£185 gets you the course, plus two nights accomodation (Fri and Sat) with delicous homecooked full breakfasts and amazing lunches included too.
If you book in pairs or more we'll chuck in some generous discount too.
Perhaps ask if you can get some funding for this; first aid is a really useful skill for anyone involved in outdoor activities and is definately not something which only riverleaders and better paddlers should do.
If you would like to bring a larger group (say a car full) give Will Sheaff a ring on 07941 645 52O and he'll be able to come up with a great deal.
