UKCC 3 Star White Water Assessment 1st Nov 09

Intro to White Water
14/15 November, Based in the Lakes
Introducing you to the basics of paddling on white water. During the weekend we will look at personal paddling technique and basic river safety.

Pre requisites: Confident flat water paddler, enthusiasm!

White Water Progression
28/29 November, Based in Lakes
Coaching for personal skill development on grade 3+, river leading, safety and decision making. All whilst running some of the best rivers in the area.
Please contact me for further course details.
Pre requisites: Happy on grade 2, have been on grade 3, can roll most of the time.
Cost: £140
