Hi all,
I know its a long way away but if you are anything like me plenty of warning helps so I thought i would let you all know about what we are running in 2010.
3 star training and assessment 'White water'
This course is designed to take the kayaker from a beginner paddler to an intermediate and confident river paddler. The course is over three days with two days coaching and one final day assessment. Coaching and assessment will include amongst others, the development and consolidation of your paddling skills on water up to grade two, rescues, support strokes and rolling.
Pre-requisites - 2 star kayak award or previously logged and referenced river kayaking experience.
Date - 8th - 10th October
Cost - £150 per person
