Upper section
At small island on the tight S bend about 2km down from put in. At normal level you go right of island but beware floods have eroded river bank exposing tree roots through which 75% of water would flow. At very high levels you could go river left of island and avoid this.
After the big fall.
Just down stream of the big drop there is a BIG tree in the bottom of a 1.5 m fall. You won't see it from above unless you see the trunk river right. You can sneak it with care by taking the fall river left, shallow! GO right or middle and the grim reaper might pay a visit.
