Hi All,
Could anyone give me some guidance on getting travel insurance for paddling abroad?
Loads of firms seem to give insurance cover for all but dangerous activities.:(
there are some specialist ones for dangerous activiites. they dont seem to cost that much extra either. You have to look at the list of sports as usually they are in different risk categories.
I use snowcard ( http://www.snowcard.co.uk/pages/index.asp ) and been impressed with service/cost, but there are others. They do a good deal in yearly cover which covers any trip away from home so that could be worth it if you get away a bit.
